Tobago trek is an augmented reality game which can be downloaded as an App that welcomes players to an interactive animated story of Tobago. This game translates into a television series, which tells a visual story and takes the audience on a trek around Tobago. Audiences can discover the amazing sights of the natural landscape, as well as the unique cultural elements and characters.The idea is that this story is based on the folklore, stories, and myths of Tobago’s culture. The main characters take the perspectives of tourists who are thrown into the unique culture of Tobago in a fun, creative and mystical way.Tobago Trek may be indigenous to the island of Tobago, but the series and game can continue in other areas in the Caribbean. The proposed animated series can communicate the narratives of Jamaican folklore, Guyanese folklore, St. Lucian folklore and many others. This would be used as a cultural hub of the Caribbean to pique the interest of international people.
